What to Bring
Before Your Appointment
X-Ray & Referral Letter
Please bring any X-rays related to your dental issue, as well as a referral letter from your dentist, if applicable.
List of Medication
Make sure to provide a list of all medications you are currently taking, including over-the-counter and prescribed drugs.
Dental Insurance
Bring your dental insurance card and any necessary information for billing purposes.
